Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CRCX, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CRCX provides an identity proof platform that produces continuous, verified proof of who and what can reach your critical systems. The service includes a preview environment that uses sample data and is provided for evaluation only.
Accounts and eligibility
The service is for business use. You must be able to enter a contract and must provide accurate account details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and as intended.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data.
- Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others or to break the law.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except where the law expressly allows.
The preview environment
The preview sandbox contains sample data, not real client data. It is for evaluation, it may change or be withdrawn, and it comes with no guarantees of availability or fitness for any purpose.
Intellectual property
CRCX and its licensors own the platform, its software, and its content. These terms grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service. Data you provide remains yours, and you grant CRCX the rights needed to run the service for you.
Subscription and fees
CRCX is offered as a subscription. Commercial terms, including fees and payment, are set in a separate order form or agreement: {{TO CONFIRM: reference a separate order form, or leave commercial terms out at founding stage}}.
Disclaimers
CRCX supplies verified proof about identity and access. To be clear about what CRCX is and is not:
- CRCX is not an insurer and does not underwrite risk.
- CRCX does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.
- CRCX does not guarantee that your systems cannot be breached.
Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CRCX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement: {{TO CONFIRM: liability cap and exclusions}}. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the service. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, the rights granted to you stop, and terms that by their nature should survive will do so.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of {{TO CONFIRM: the Netherlands}}, and disputes are subject to the courts of {{TO CONFIRM: competent court and city}}.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the last updated date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
